After three decades in senior roles across state, federal and international government, I understand how public organisations really work, and where they get stuck.

I’ve been a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, and Chief Operating Officer. I’ve sat in the chair, managed the scrutiny, and navigated the reforms.

Now I help others do the same, by strengthening governance, leadership and performance across complex systems.

I work directly with boards, executives and teams to design fit-for-purpose frameworks, improve decision-making and build capability that lasts.
